If you have a time limit on when you need your order, please contact a customer service rep immediately. We are available 9AM – 7PM CST Monday through Friday or send us an email at support@stadiumsartus.com. Usually, we’ll be able to get it out on time but you might have to pay to have your order’s shipping expedited.
When you place your order, you will receive an email with order detail and tracking information to check on the status of your current order. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, or if you need us to expedite your order, please reach out to one of our customer service representatives.
As long as your order has not shipped, you can cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to a Customer Service representative as soon as possible by emailing support@stadiumsartus.com or by phone at 817-880-9137. If your item(s) have already shipped, you will need to follow the steps outlined in our return policy.
